Getting started

I downloaded it but can't find it on my phone

1. T-Mojix is a sticker app for Messages, so it doesn’t add an icon to your Home Screen — it lives inside Messages.
2. Open Messages and tap any conversation.
3. Tap the + button to the left of the text field, then tap “Stickers”.
4. Tap the T-Mojix icon in the row at the top of the sticker drawer, and swipe up to see all your stickers full screen.
5. After you send your first sticker, it also shows up in the stickers section of your emoji keyboard, so you can use it in other apps too.

How do I send a sticker in a message?

1. Open Messages and start or open any conversation.
2. Tap the + button to the left of the text field, then tap “Stickers”. (On iOS 16, tap the grey App Store icon to the left of the text field instead.)
3. Tap the T-Mojix icon in the row at the top of the sticker drawer, then pick a collection.
4. Tap a sticker to add it to your message, then hit send.

How do I send stickers from the emoji keyboard?

1. Open the emoji keyboard by tapping the emoji / globe key while typing.
2. Swipe to the sticker row — your recent T-Mojix stickers appear alongside emoji.
3. Tap a sticker to drop it straight into the conversation.

How do I place a sticker on top of a message?

1. Press and hold a sticker in the T-Mojix drawer.
2. Drag it onto any message bubble in the conversation.
3. Release to “peel and stick” it right where you want.

How do I use the stickers in WhatsApp, Telegram, or other apps?

1. Open the emoji keyboard in WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, or any other app by tapping the emoji key at the bottom left of the keyboard.
2. Tap the Stickers icon at the far left of the emoji categories. The stickers you’ve used recently appear here.
3. Tap “Open Stickers” to see every sticker app installed on your iPhone, including T-Mojix. (Requires iOS 17 or later.)
4. Tap the T-Mojix icon in the row at the top, pick a collection, then tap a sticker to send it.

Which devices does T-Mojix work on?

1. iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.0 or later — T-Mojix is a sticker pack for Messages.
2. There is no Android version because stickers in Messages are an Apple-only feature.
3. You can still send stickers to Android friends — they arrive as regular images in the conversation.

Why did my sticker send as a plain picture?

1. This happens when the other person doesn’t have an iPhone or has iMessage turned off.
2. Look for a green message bubble instead of blue — that means it’s a regular text message (SMS), not iMessage.
3. The sticker still sends but arrives as a flat image instead of sticking to the conversation. This is an Apple limitation, not an app issue.

Managing the app

How do I rearrange my apps in Messages?

1. Open the app drawer in Messages and swipe to the end.
2. Tap “More” then “Edit” (or press and hold an app icon).
3. Drag T-Mojix up to the top so it’s always one tap away.

How do I hide the app without deleting it?

1. Open the app drawer in Messages then tap “More” and “Edit”.
2. Turn off the switch next to T-Mojix — it disappears from the tray but stays installed.
3. Your All Access purchase stays intact and you can turn the app back on at any time.

How do I delete the app completely?

1. Option A — from the app drawer tap “More”, then “Edit”, and tap the remove button next to T-Mojix.
2. Option B — from Settings go to Settings → Apps → Messages → iMessage Apps, then tap the button next to T-Mojix.
3. Reinstall anytime from the App Store — your All Access purchase restores for free with “Restore Purchases”.

2. No account required to use the free stickers.

Troubleshooting

The app icon is greyed out and won't open

1. This is almost always caused by Screen Time, not the app — go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
2. Check “Account Changes” under Allow Changes and make sure it is set to Allow.
3. On a work or school iPhone, it may be an IT restriction — check Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.

My stickers disappeared after an update or new phone

1. Try “Restore Purchases” in the app first — this resolves most cases.
2. If they still don’t appear go to Messages → + → Store → profile icon → My Purchases → “Not on this iPhone”, find T-Mojix, then tap the download icon.
3. As a last resort sign out of your Apple Account in Settings, restart your iPhone, then sign in again.

T-Mojix isn't showing up in my app tray

1. Confirm that it’s installed — go to Settings → Apps → Messages → iMessage Apps and check that T-Mojix appears and is turned on.
2. Restart your iPhone — a stuck Messages extension is a known iOS issue after updates.
3. Make sure iOS is up to date — T-Mojix requires iOS 16.0 or later.
