Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how T-Mojix (the “App,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) handles information in connection with your use of the App. T-Mojix is a sticker application for Messages developed by Luis Maldonado (“Developer,” “Company”) and distributed through the Apple App Store.

We built T-Mojix to work entirely on your device, with no accounts, no backend servers, and no tracking. This Policy explains exactly what that means in practice.

Summary

  • The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you.
  • The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information.
  • The App works fully offline. There are no servers operated by the Developer that the App communicates with.
  • The App does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind.
  • The App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
  • The App does not share data with third parties, because no data is collected in the first place.
  • The only exchange of information involved in using the App is your in-app purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID and the App Store, as described below.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
  • Your location
  • Your photos, contacts, or any other data stored on your device
  • Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses
  • Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic data sent to the Developer
  • Any information you type, send, or receive in the Messages app

The App’s sticker catalogue is bundled inside the App itself. Sending a sticker in a conversation happens through Apple’s Messages framework on your device; the Developer never sees, receives, or has access to your messages or conversations.

If you write to us through the support form on our website, we ask for a title, your email address, and a description of your problem. We use them only to answer your request: the website sends them by email to our support team through Resend, our email delivery provider, and emails you a confirmation with your ticket number. The website does not store them.

In-App Purchases and Apple ID

T-Mojix offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (“All Access,” $4.99 USD) that unlocks the App’s full sticker catalogue. There is no subscription of any kind, and no recurring charge.

All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple ID. The Developer does not receive, process, or store your payment information, card details, billing address, or Apple ID credentials — this information is handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own Privacy Policy. The App only receives a purchase confirmation used to unlock content locally on your device, and can restore your purchase using Apple’s standard “Restore Purchases” function.

An Apple ID is required only because it is required to use the App Store itself, on any App Store app — this is not something the App requests or manages.

No Advertising

T-Mojix does not display advertising and does not integrate any advertising network or ad-tracking SDK.

No Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or software development kits (SDKs) that collect or transmit data off your device. Because the App has no backend and makes no network requests of its own, there are no third-party data recipients to disclose.

Children’s Privacy

T-Mojix is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), because the App does not collect personal information from any user, of any age. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please note that this is not possible through normal use of the App, and you may contact us with any concerns using the details below.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Because the App does not collect, process, or store any personal data, there is no personal data for the Developer to process as a “controller” under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR, and no lawful basis for processing is required. Accordingly, rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection do not apply in practice, since the Developer holds no personal data about you to act upon. If you have questions about this, you may still contact us at any time.

Any payment-related personal data is processed by Apple as an independent controller under Apple’s own privacy policy, referenced above.

Users in California and Other U.S. States

Because T-Mojix does not collect personal information, the Developer does not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar U.S. state privacy laws, and there is no personal information held about you to request, access, correct, or delete.

Data Security

Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no data at risk of being intercepted, breached, or misused by the Developer. Any device-level security (such as your device passcode or Apple ID protections) is governed by Apple and your device settings.

App Store Age Rating

The App is rated in accordance with Apple’s App Store age rating guidelines based on its content. Please refer to the App’s App Store listing for its current age rating.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Because the App has no account system, we are unable to notify you individually — we encourage you to review this page periodically.
